We’re so excited to welcome new families into the Luvable AZ Labs community! Placing a deposit secures your spot on our reservation list and allows us to officially match your family with the perfect puppy.

Because we only accept a limited number of deposits per litter, availability can fill up quickly—especially for specific colors or genders. Once your deposit is received, that puppy is considered spoken for and lovingly prepared for their new home.

Please note: deposits are non-refundable, as they represent your commitment and allow us to plan ahead with confidence. The only exception is if we’re unable to provide the gender or color you requested. In that case, you’re welcome to:
– Receive a full refund
– Transfer your deposit to another available puppy
– Roll your deposit to a future litter of your choice

Choosing the Right Puppy—With a Little Guidance from Us
At Luvable AZ Labs, we believe finding the right puppy is a personal and meaningful decision—one that should be guided by your family's unique lifestyle and preferences. That’s why we don’t select a puppy for you.

Instead, we take the time to listen and learn about what you’re looking for in a companion. Based on your goals and what you share with us, we’ll offer thoughtful recommendations, highlighting puppies whose temperament and personality best align with your household.

Our goal is to help you make a choice you’ll feel great about—one that sets the foundation for a lifelong bond.

Puppy Visits Begin at 5 Weeks
To ensure the health and wellbeing of our puppies, we kindly ask that visits begin once they are at least 5 weeks old. This allows the puppies time to open their eyes, begin developing individual features, and start to show their budding personalities—making it easier for you to choose the perfect fit for your family.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we give these little ones the best possible start in life.

Visiting and Delivery Options
We warmly welcome our future puppy families to visit our home! It’s the perfect opportunity to see where your puppy is being raised and to meet both Mom and Dad in a comfortable, loving environment.

If visiting us in person isn’t possible, we’re happy to arrange a local meeting within Arizona. However, please note that we do not ship our puppies or travel outside the state. For local deliveries, a fee will apply based on the distance traveled.

We believe in making this a personal, meaningful experience from the very beginning—and we’re here to help make that connection as smooth and special as possible.

Your Puppy’s Doggy Bag — Full of Goodies and Peace of Mind
When it’s time to welcome your new family member home, we’ll make sure you’re fully equipped with a thoughtful “doggy bag” to start your journey together on the right paw.

Inside, you’ll find a carefully selected toy, a starter supply of food, and complete vaccination records from a licensed veterinarian. We’ll also include an AKC packet filled with helpful educational pamphlets, your puppy’s AKC litter certificate, and limited AKC registration paperwork. (Please note: breeding rights are granted only upon prior approval.)

It’s our way of saying thank you—and making sure your puppy’s transition into your home is as smooth, informed, and joyful as possible.
