We’re so excited to welcome new families into the Luvable AZ Labs community! Placing a deposit secures your spot on our reservation list and allows us to officially match your family with the perfect puppy.

Once your deposit is received, your reservation is locked in and your puppy is considered spoken for as we prepare them for their new home with love and intention.

Please note: all deposits are non‑refundable, as they represent your commitment and help us plan responsibly for each litter. However, if we are unable to produce the gender or color you reserved, you’re welcome to:

– Receive a full refund – Transfer your deposit to another available puppy – Roll your deposit to a future litter of your choice

This ensures your investment is protected while keeping the process fair, transparent, and family‑friendly.

Deposit Policy
 

Deposits are non‑refundable, except in the event that we are unable to provide the specific gender or color of puppy you reserved. If that happens, you’ll have the option to:

Payment Options
 

For your convenience, we offer several secure in‑person payment options, including Cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Deposits may also be paid by check, and checks can be made payable to Luvable AZ Labs. Please note that final payment cannot be made by check.

We do not accept credit cards simply because of the high transaction fees they charge — and we prefer not to pass those extra costs on to our families. Keeping things simple helps us keep your puppy’s price as fair as possible.

We’re happy to work with whichever payment method is most comfortable for you as you take this exciting step toward welcoming your new Labrador companion!

Choosing the Right Puppy—With a Little Guidance from Us
 

At Luvable AZ Labs, we believe choosing the right puppy is a personal and meaningful decision — one that should reflect your family’s lifestyle, goals, and preferences. That’s why we don’t choose a puppy for you.

Instead, we take the time to truly understand what you’re looking for in a companion. By listening to your needs and learning about your home, we’re able to offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations and highlight puppies whose temperament and personality best align with your family.

Our goal is simple: to help you make a confident, informed choice that sets the foundation for a lifelong bond with your new best friend.

 Puppy Visits Begin at 5 Weeks

To protect the health and well‑being of our puppies, we kindly ask that visits begin once they are at least 5 weeks old. This gives them time to open their eyes, develop their features, and begin showing their unique little personalities — making your visit more meaningful and helping you choose the puppy that feels like the perfect fit for your family.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we give these little ones the healthiest, happiest start in life.

Visiting and Delivery Options
 

To protect the health and well‑being of our puppies, we kindly ask that visits begin once they are at least 5 weeks old. We also want to share that we are currently partnering with our veterinarian to explore whether delivering puppies across state lines would be a valuable addition to our program. If we move forward, this service would be offered with the same level of care, safety, and professionalism we provide here at home.

Should we offer flight delivery, the associated costs would include:

• Travel expenses (flight, hotel, transportation, and necessary travel supplies)
• A 20% service fee to cover our time, hands‑on care, and the additional responsibilities involved in safely transporting your puppy

These costs would be in addition to the puppy’s purchase price.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to prioritize the health, safety, and best interests of our puppies — and explore new ways to serve families nationwide.

Your Puppy’s Doggy Bag — Full of Goodies and Peace of Mind
 

When it’s time to welcome your new family member home, we’ll make sure you’re fully prepared with a thoughtfully curated “doggy bag” designed to help you start your journey together on the right paw.

Inside, you’ll find:

• A carefully selected toy to bring comfort and familiarity
• A starter supply of your puppy’s current food
• Complete vaccination and health records from our licensed veterinarian
• An AKC packet filled with helpful educational materials
• Your puppy’s AKC litter certificate
• Limited AKC registration paperwork (Please note: breeding rights are granted only with prior approval.)

This bundle is our way of saying thank you — and ensuring your puppy’s transition into your home is smooth, informed, and joyful from the very first day.

And of course, if you ever want extra pictures or videos of your puppy, I’m always happy to send them. All you have to do is reach out.

Extended Care Availability
 

We’re happy to continue caring for your puppy beyond their scheduled go‑home date whenever needed. Because extended stays require additional time, space, and daily hands‑on care, a boarding fee is applied to cover these extra expenses. The rate is $250 per week or $50 per day, depending on the length of the stay.

This ensures your puppy continues receiving the same attentive, loving care they enjoy here until you’re ready to bring them home.
